Happy May Day, Kids!
I declare that summer has come early – even though May 24th is still a few weeks away, I was very brave and dunked myself in the ocean at the weekend and it wasn’t too bad (after a few minutes of crying). I have a feeling this is going to be a great summer with lots of things to do in Bermuda. On that subject, thanks to all who have bought tickets for my Nothing to Chew in Bermuda Dinner Event on May 11th – if you don’t have your ticket yet, why not? It’s going to be a lot of fun that you don’t want to miss. Here are some more Bermuda happenings:
As I mentioned previously, Harbour Nights restarts for the summer season tonight and, due to the new route, Lemon Tree Cafe will be right in the middle of all the action. To celebrate, they will be offering a special Pub Night from 7pm until 10pm, with food including Lemon Tree’s Famous Pies (Chicken, Beef and Veggie), Wagyu Kobe Beef Burgers, French Bread Pizza, Sweet Potato Fries and Fresh Sliced Roast Beef Sandwiches. The Tiki Bar will be open from 5pm and serving beer, wine and liquor as well as our Electric (Fresh) Lemonade. My personal favourites, the Famous Mini Donuts, will also be being served right outside Lemon Tree.
