Bermuda Bistro at the Beach invite you to come and enjoy the festivities as they are happy to be hosting Thanksgiving all week long until Friday, November 27th.
They will be offering a special 3 course menu, with choices for each, at a cost of $39 per person.

A great opportunity to get your turkey fix as Marcus’ will be offering a special Thanksgiving menu on Thursday, November 26th.
The menu is available for both lunch and dinner. The first course is a choice of Marcus’ Salad with roasted pumpkin, dried cherries, spiced pecans and sherry vinaigrette or Amaral’s Farm Carrot Soup with pasilla chili crema. The second course will be roasted turkey breast, leg confit, Brussels sprouts, stuffing, cranberry and gravy. The dessert course will include cassava pie with safari breakfast ice cream and bourbon nut crumble.
Sides are sweet potato chipotle gratin, roasted Bermuda pumpkin, pistachio butter crumbs.
The cost is $69 per person, plus17% gratuity.

Bermuda Rocks Jewellery and Dolly Pop Vintage clothing will be holding weekly Sip’N’Shop events in the lead up to Christmas at their location at 129 Front Street.
From 5pm until 7pm, they invite you to join them for wine, festive music and exclusive discounts to help make your Christmas gift shopping a little more enjoyable.
This will continue weekly until December 18th.

Bring the family and share in the Season’s love and joy at the Lighting the Tree Ceremony for the 21st Annual Tree of Lights, on Friday, November 27th.
This memorial tree, which stands in front of City Hall, is a partnership between Friends of Hospice and Agape House and City of Hamilton, and honours people we love and those we have lost.
From 5.30pm on the steps of City Hall, you can enjoy festive entertainment with performances by Tyler Wilson, Mount Saint Agnes Junior Choir, Berkeley Institute Choir, the Bermuda Regiment Band, the Bermuda Island Pipe Band and Isabella Zuill-McKenzie of the Bermuda School of Music. There will also be a special appearance by Santa Claus when he lands on the roof of City Hall.
Please note that this event is weather dependent.
Later that evening, the first Late Night Christmas Shopping begins in Reid Street and Court Street. Reid Street will be closed to traffic.

Promising a wonderful shopping experience on Friday nights in they City of Hamilton, Late Night Christmas Shopping will run weekly from Friday, November 27th until Christmas.
From 5.30pm until 9pm, Reid Street and Court Street become the scene
of families shopping, sharing, meeting and greeting. With some streets closed to traffic, Hamilton on Friday nights is the place to be for shopping with friends and family. Why not make a night of it and stop for dinner at one of the many great restaurants in Hamilton? Live music and entertainment, snacks and holiday drinks, stalls on the street, lights, laughter and decorations.

Promising to satisfy every taste bud, Grotto Bay Beach Resort’s International Buffet will run weekly on Friday evenings.
From 6.30pm until 9.30pm in the Hibiscus Dining Room, you can enjoy live entertainment and delicious food created by their team of chefs from around the world, including fresh sushi, a hot station with a live stir fry station, jerk spice carving station, butter chicken marsala, lobster thermidor and stilton cheese mash potato. Look for a live Crepe Suzette station at dessert.
The cost is $49 per person, plus 17% grats, and reservations are required.

Who needs Black Friday when you can get even better bargains while supporting good causes in Bermuda at Secondhand Saturday on Saturday, November 28th?
Secondhand Saturday is celebrated on the Saturday after the US Thanksgiving Holiday. Its main purpose is to encourage locals, during the busiest shopping time of the year, to shop and support our charity thrift shops.
Participating stores include Bermuda Red Cross Thrift Shop, The Barn, Dress for Success, Salvation Army Thrift Shop and Second Hand Rose.
Each shop will have their own in shop promotions and specials so don’t miss out.

Grab a bargain at the Peace Lutheran Church’s Car Boot Sale on Saturday, November 28th.
This will run from 9am until 2pm and promises lots of bargains on clothes, shoes, bags/purses, toys, children’s clothes, household items, jewellery and lots more. Also, mark your calendars as there will be two more car boot sales on December 5th and 19th with plenty of bargains for Christmas.

The Victor Scott Primary PTA is raising funds towards their Bring on the Shade campaign by having a Car Boot Sale on Saturday, November 28th.
This will run from 10am until 3pm in the Victor Scott Primary School Car Park (rain location : Victor Scott Auditorium). For sellers, the cost is $25 if you will be using your own table and $35 if you need to have a table provided for you.
If you aren’t looking to sell then you are invited to come on out for some great bargains.

Start your engines and race on down to the Cedarbridge Pro Shop Fair on Saturday, November 28th.
From 10am until 5pm, students are going to show you what they’ve been working on. There will be motorcycles, cars, boats and go-karts on display alongside The Vintage Transportation Museum, Bermuda Police Service, the Bermuda Long Riders and more.
This is not just a car show but a Fair too, promising something for everyone, including face painting, a bouncy castle, games, and lots more.
Admission is $4 for adults, $2 for children and free for under 5s.
All are invited to support the Kiwanis of Hamilton at their Installation Banquet on Saturday, November 28th.
Starting at 6.30pm at Fourways Inn, this event will include cocktails and dinner service with a Semi Formal dress code, door prizes, and more. This Kiwanis of Hamilton are a local non-profit charitable organisation.
Tickets are $60 each and the RSVP booking deadline is November 25th.

If you have noticed the buzz about Pole Dance classes then you may be excited to have the opportunity to try it for yourself as Aerial Therapy is having three weeks of Open Pole Fitness Sessions starting from Monday, November 30th.
From Mondays to Thursdays until December 17th, there will be three sessions held each evening. These will be from 6pm until 7pm, 7.15pm until 8.15pm and from 8.30pm until 9.30pm. All sessions are open format so no prior experience is required.

The charming old town of St. George’s will be magical at the annual Bermuda National Trust Christmas Walkabout on Friday, December 4th
Running from 6pm until 9pm, the excitement and romantic yesteryear elegance that the Trust brings to St. George’s should not be missed.
There will be entertainment throughout the town and refreshments will be served at various locations marked on map that will be distributed on the evening. Children can meet Santa and make Christmas crafts at the Edith Clair Spencer Hall. The Trust’s Walkabout has become a popular community event with the generous support of volunteer musicians, dancers, singers and school groups marking the start of the Christmas season. The public are invited to explore some of the oldest continually occupied buildings in the New World which will be decorated and candle lit for the event.
Old favourites such as the Old Rectory, Samaritans’ Lodge, Buckingham, Tucker House and the Globe Hotel will also be open on the evening. King’s Square will have a host of dancers and musicians for your entertainment.
The Bermuda National Trust could not hold this event without a huge amount of community support, their Trust volunteers and generous sponsor, Butterfield Bank.
This festive event is free.

Expect lots of festive fun in the West End at Christmas in Dockyard on Sundays, December 6th, 13th and 20th.
The Dockyard Family Fun Day and Christmas Parade will take place on Sunday, December 6th. From noon you can enjoy a Fun Day with free Zip Line rides , The Mega Meltdown, and other activities and games. At 5.30pm, there will be a Christmas Parade with various dance groups, performers and floats, with a special appearance by Santa and Friends.
From noon until 4pm on Sunday, December 13th, Christmas in Dockyard will include will be vendors, live music, and fun activities for kids, including stories with Mrs. Claus at 2pm inside the Clocktower Mall. At 5pm, there will be a Meet and Greet with Santa and Mrs. Claus outside the Maritime Museum. From 6pm, you can enjoy Christmas with the Dolphins at Dolphin Quest, with live entertainment and carolling with the Dolphins. Hot Beverages will be on sale.
From noon until 4pm on Sunday, December 20th, the final Christmas in Dockyard will include vendors, live music, and fun activities for kids, including stories with Mrs. Claus at 2pm inside the Clocktower Mall.
The Clocktower Mall will also be running a special Shopping Promotion – spend $25 in the mall and you will be eligible for a raffle prize.

From 5.30pm until 8.30pm, this fun family friendly event will take place in Hamiton Harbour.
Tickets are $60 which includes one drink and hors d’oeuvres. Groups of twenty will receive one free ticket. A cash bar is also available.

Celebrate the season by running or walking to support the Bermuda Red Cross at MAAC’s annual Jingle Bell 5K Walk/Run on Sunday, December 13th.
This is a 5k route, starting and finishing at Bermuda Air Conditioning HQ at Mills Creek. Walkers will start at 8.45am, followed by runners at 9am.
The race fee is $30, with registration available at www.RaceDayWorld.com. Goodie bags and tee shirts will go to the first 400 registered participants.
