January 31st, 2018 Bermuda Calendar Update
Morning Kids!
Well, since Love Month starts tomorrow, it’s probably a great time to point out one of the new filter categories on the Calendar View page – Date Night! Hopefully, this will make it a bit easier to plan out which Bermuda activities and events are best to go to with your special someone, but I’d love your feedback. The filter categories can be found to the right of the calendar, if viewing on a desktop, or below it if viewing on a mobile device.
As always, be sure to check out the Quick Recap Section at the bottom of this post for a full listing of all upcoming Bermuda events, including those previously covered in previous posts.
Back by popular demand, BUEI Screens invites you to a sixth screening of Viceroy’s House on Thursday, February 1st.
New nations are rarely born in peace… India, 1947: Lord Mountbatten (Downton Abbey’s Hugh Bonneville) is dispatched, along with his wife Edwina (Gillian Anderson), to New Delhi to oversee the country’s transition from British rule to independence. But ending centuries of colonial rule in a country divided by deep religious and cultural differences proves no easy undertaking, setting off a seismic struggle that threatens to tear India apart.
