December 12th, 2018 Bermuda Calendar Update

Hope everyone is doing their best to stay on Santa’s nice list! Here’s your weekly update with all of the latest events to the Bermuda Calendar since last week. Also be sure to check out the Quick Recap Section at the bottom of this post for a full listing of all upcoming events, including those previously covered in previous posts.
All are invited to visit the Sylvia Richardson Care Facility Open House on Wednesday, December 12th.
This will be held from 5pm until 7pm at their premises on Old Military Road. Come and see the Christmas decorations!

You are invited to celebrate the season at the Lili Bermuda Holiday Shopping Night on Thursday, December 13th.
From 5pm until 7pm at their boutique at 67 Front Street, you can shop for fragrant holiday gifts while enjoying refreshments generously sponsored by Gosling’s Bermuda. On your purchase of a 100ml bottle, you will receive a complimentary exclusive painting personalization by Isabelle Ramsay-Brackstone and a Lili Bermuda holiday keychain.

Keep the tradition alive and Christmas Carol with PowerGirl Trina & Friends on Friday, December 14th.
The event starts at 6:30pm at the City Hall Christmas Tree, from which point you will make your way around the streets of Hamilton and spread Christmas cheer. Song sheets will be provided and singers and non-singers are all welcome. Wear your Santa hats or something festive and bring the family and friends to join in. The MarketPlace will be providing hot chocolate and cookies to all Christmas carollers!

The last Peace Lutheran Church Car Boot Sale of 2018 will be held on Saturday, December 15th.
From 9am until 2pm, there will be tremendous bargains in clothing, Christmas decorations, household items, toys, shoes, DVDs, CDs, jewellery, and so much more. Families and children of all ages are invited to join the Foster Parents Association in Winter Wonderland on Sunday, December 16th.
From 3pm until 8pm at the National Stadium lower field, this free event will include food, drinks, fun castles, henna tattooing, train rides and the big man himself… Santa!

Registration is now open for the Bermuda Gymnastics Winter Term, which begins on Monday, January 7th.
The have a variety of gymnastics classes available for all ages, from crawling to adults, including the following: Parent & Tot (18 months – 3 years), Artistic gymnastics for Girls and Boys, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Parkour, Trampoline, Strength and Tumbling, Adult Open Gym and Play gym sessions.
