Bring the whole family to wander back in time and uncover the mysterious stories that shaped Bermuda’s rich maritime history at Pirates and Plunder on Wednesday, June 14th.

From 11am until 4pm in King’s Square and Ordnance Island, you can celebrate a day in St. George’s with non-stop entertainment,re-enactments, privateer navigators, cultural games, interactive performances and musical entertainment. This pirate-themed event will have something fun for everyone to see and experience.

There is no cover charge.

Well, it certainly feels like our little island has been invaded – in the best possible way, of course!  Welcome to all of our visitors – we hope you are enjoying the best that Bermuda has to offer!

Have you ever thought about becoming a public speaker and a strong leader? If so, Toastmasters is the place for you and they invite you to their On The Rock Toastmasters Open Meeting on Wednesday, May 31st.

From 6pm until 7.15pm at BUEI, you’ll find a supportive learn-by-doing environment that allows you to achieve your goals at your own pace. Learn how Toastmasters has changed the lives of members.

There is no cover charge and you can just show up on the night.

Looking for something fun and different to do during the Bermuda Day Holiday?  Wild Herbs N Plants of Bermuda invite you to join them on a Wild Edible Herbal Tour on Wednesday, May 24th.

From 10am until 11.30am at Spittal Pond, you will learn how to identify various edible herbs and learn of the many health benefits.  Following the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste the flavours of Bermuda through tasters provided for you made from some of the plants featured on the tour.

The cost is $35 per person and all participants must register.

The speeding towards summer continues and there is definitely lots coming up in Bermuda to keep you amused for the season!

Promising the happiest hour of drink specials starting at 4pm – IF you can beat the clock, that is – head down East for Friday Beat the Clock Bonfire at Tobacco Bay, weekly on Fridays.

Starting at 4pm, all Happy Hour specialty drinks are $4, and at 5pm, they’re $5.  As the time goes up, so do the Happy Hour drink specials so beat the clock to The Bay and catch the deals.  The Bonfire will start just before sunset until closing, just after sunset.

Friday Beat the Clock Bonfire at Tobacco Bay will run every Friday until October 27th.

Admission to the beach and bonfire is free and reservations are not required.
