Generously Sponsored By BF&M, Benedict Associates will host The Unopened Gift: The Power of Emotional Agility in Workplace Wellbeing on Thursday, October 10th.

Enriched understanding of our emotions creates better work and business relationships, which then elevates work performance.

From 8:30am until 11:30am Hamilton Princess, you are invited to join in celebrating World Mental Health Awareness Day with Dan Newby, co-author of ‘The Unopened Gift: A Primer in Emotional Literacy’ who will be taking Emotional Intelligence to the next level; delivering an engaging and interactive seminar on the vital role of emotional literacy in successful leadership and organisational health and wellbeing.

The Unopened Gift reveals what we have not yet understood about emotions. Instead of viewing our emotions as uncomfortable and as preventing us from achieving our full potential, at this event you will discover how to value your emotions, embrace them as part of our everyday common sense, and use them as a tool to help navigate more strategically through life. Attendees will come to understand that emotions are not at war with reason, and in fact play a vital role in rational thinking. Organisations have traditionally minimised the role of emotions in the workplace, missing out on a vast resource for enhancing the work environment. This seminar will consider how health and wellbeing at work includes how we feel about our jobs; how efficiently we perform; and how productively we interact with colleagues, customers, and clients. The goal is to become aware of the positive and intricate link between reason and emotions, so we can maximise this relationship to create: increased self-expression in interpersonal interactions, more effective leadership, and elevated motivation and performance. Breakfast is included with this event.

The cost is $125 per person for the general public, $95 per person for Benedict Client Companies with Promo Code. Tickets are available at www.Ptix.bm.

For More Information, contact Cathy at BenedictNewby2019@gmail.com, Vaughn at 295-2070 or visit www.Benedict.bm.
