This section is both for expats looking for a touch of home, as well as Bermudians who want to celebrate their international heritage.  Here is a listing of some expat groups and associations on the island:

 

 Alliance Francaise des Bermudes

L’Alliance Française des Bermudes allows the French, French speakers and people interested in the French culture to meet through various events. The Alliance also promotes the French language and culture in Bermuda.

 

American Society of Bermuda

The ASB aim to foster friendship, co-operation and mutual understanding among the citizens and former citizens of the United States living in Bermuda.

 

 

 

Association of Filipinos in Bermuda

Filipinosinbda.com is a site dedicated to helping out filipinos on the Island of Bermuda.

 

 

 

Barbados Association of Bermuda

A non-profit organisation that contributes to worthy causes in Barbados and Bermuda.

 

 

 

Caledonian Society of Bermuda

Celebrating all things Scottish on The Rock, the Caledonian Society of Bermuda are known for their ceilidhs, St. Andrew’s Balls, New Year/Hogmanay Balls, Burns Suppers and more of the best events on the island.

 

 

 

Canadians in Bermuda

The website for Canadians living in Bermuda, wondering about visiting or moving here, or Bermuda residents seeking information about Canada.  Organise events such as Canadian Thanksgiving, Canada Day beach parties and Booze Cruises.

 

Charlar Bermuda

Charlar is a social group for anyone who is passionate about Spanish language and culture and aims to bring together people across Bermuda who enjoy speaking Spanish (fluently or slowly!) on a regular basis.

 

International Women’s Club of Bermuda

The IWC of Bermuda aims to be a place to network, make friends and develop a comfortable support system. Their four goals are to promote intellectual growth, to encourage social fellowship, to provide service to the community and to assist in the integration of newcomers to Bermuda with their IWC New Islanders Group.

 

 

 

Jamaican Association (Bermuda)

After being around for over 30 years, the JAB became a Bermuda Registered Charitable Organisation in 2002 (Charity No. 611).  Their members meet at the the DR E F Gordon Hall at the BIU Building, (Union Street) on the last Tuesday of each month.

 

West Indian Association of Bermuda

The WIA is an association of Caribbean nationals living in Bermuda.
