Hamilton Princess Hotel & Beach Club invites you to meet Matteo Di Donato, direct from Santa Margherita & Cà Maiol wineries in Italy, and explore wines with him at the Happy Hour Wine Tasting on Friday, April 12th.

From 5pm until 7pm at Marcus’ Restaurant, you will learn about new wines from the Lake Garda region of Lugana, and other popular wines which are currently available in Bermuda. You’ll explore a total of 7 wines on the night, including Prosecco, Rosé, Trebbiano di Lugana and Groppello.

The cost is $30 per person, including gratuity, and RSVP is required.

Because cocktails aren’t just for the weekend, you can join Marcus’ at their new recurring event Twisted Tiki Tuesdays every Tuesday, starting on April 2nd.

From 6pm until 10pm at the restaurant at the Hamilton Princess Hotel & Beach Club, you can enjoy tiki-themed drinks featuring Hamilton Princess’ signature Patron Tequila, and freshly made tacos as you kick back to live tunes.

This event will repeat weekly until the end of June.

Masterworks Museum invites you to the Winter Term Student Art Show Opening on Thursday, March 28th.

The students participating in Masterworks’ Afterschool Art Class have grown under the tutelage of Education Coordinator, Nuno Patricio. The museum is pleased to display their works in a show, inside Salty Lime @ Homers’ Cafe. Diners can observe the talent of these young artists whilst enjoying a beverage or lunch.

Happy first day of spring! The new season is officially upon us now and there’s a lot to look forward to on the Bermuda Events calendar. Here’s your weekly update with all of the latest events that have been added since last week, but be sure to check out the Quick Recap section at the bottom of this post as well for a full listing of all upcoming events, including those previously covered in previous posts.

UNESCO Poetry Day, an event connected to the world-wide UNESCO Poetry Day events held by the United Nations, will take place in King’s Square on Thursday, March 21st.

From noon until 1:30pm, there will be poetry and musical performances by schools as well as special guests. In case of inclement weather the event will be held at the World Heritage Centre.

This is a free event.

Happy Hump Day Bermuda!

Here’s your weekly update with all of the new events that have been added to the calendar since last week. As always, be sure to check out the Quick Recap Section at the bottom of this post for a full listing of all upcoming events, including those previously covered in previous posts.

Following the success of the 2016, 2017 & 2018 Aerial Re Bermuda 7s, which saw more than a thousand college and high school athletes compete, the 2019 Bermuda 7s Tournament will include the multiple divisions, with each team guaranteed at least six matches during a two-day tournament commencing on Friday, March 15th.

Day 1 of the tournament is from 4pm until 9pm, at the World Class National Sports Centre.

Day 2 is from 9am until 6pm on Saturday, March 16th, and will see the teams advance from Day 1’s pool play into quarter final, semi final and final rounds. Six Nations will be streamed pitch side. This will be a Family Fun Day with bouncy castles, food concessions and more!

Entry is free.
