Even during a textbook pregnancy, women find themselves tired, achy, irritable, unable to rest soundly or uncomfortable throughout their term. How can you find relief? With so many benefits to offer Sacred Waters Spa believe that massage is a great place to begin and promise that their workshop may be the answer that you are looking for.

The workshop will be held from 2pm to 4pm, every Sunday at a Southampton location that will be announced to registered attendees only. There will be refreshments, healthy beverages and mimosas available.
