January 9th, 2019 Bermuda Calendar Update

Happy New Year Bermuda!

This is the first post of 2019 and I hope everyone’s year has gotten off to a good start. Below are all of the new events that have been added to the calendar since December 19th. As always, be sure to check out the Quick Recap Section at the bottom of this post for a full listing of all upcoming events, including those previously covered in previous posts.

The Yoga Centre invites you to join their 8-week course, Yoga for the Pelvic Floor starting on Wednesday, January 9th.

Starting 11am each week at their premises on Victoria Street, this course is designed specifically for those looking to strengthen or release tightness in the pelvic floor area, common for both women and men. It is particularly useful for ageing students and or those with minor incontinence issues.

Students come away with a re-patterning and re-orientation of the pelvic floor area that leads to better alignment, pain-release and reduced weakness in the pelvic floor area.

This course is taught by a senior experience yoga teacher – E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance and certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT).

The cost is $160 per person.
