0818 Mad Alchemy Thursday Nights

Join local legend Ryan Gibbons for an intimate night of magnificent mixology at Mad Alchemy Thursday Nights at RumBar at Victoria Grill, launching tomorrow.

From 5pm each week, you can discover Bermuda’s best kept secret city bar, tucked away in a spacious courtyard off of Victoria Street,  and enjoy bespoke beverages and craft cocktails to titillate the taste buds.

Ryan’s mixological knowledge and creativity are unparalleled, as demonstrated by his impressive collection of bartending awards.  He has won The Bermudian Magazine’s Best of Bermuda Award four times in the last five years, in addition to the Bermudian Magazine’s 2013 VIP Excellence Award and Best of Bermuda Creative Cocktails 2013 and 2015.  As if his trophy cabinet weren’t crowded enough, he has also won Bacardi Bermuda’s Best Bartender 2014 and 2016.

Ryan is known for his exotic ingredients, unusual combinations and creative flair, and he will also partner with other young and up-and-coming bartenders and guest appearances at this weekly event.

In addition to the drinks, most weeks will also feature live entertainment, ranging from spoken word to Latin dance to chilled out reggae riddims.

There is no cover charge, although the launch event will coincide with PechaKucha Bermuda, who are requesting a $20 donation to Chewstick.
Mad Alchemy will continue weekly until further notice.
